How we built this guide
  • Base pay ranges run from the 10th to the 90th percentile of national, self-reported Payscale data for each job title. Hourly figures are converted at 2,080 hours a year.
  • Payscale data skews toward the people who report it, so treat ranges as a guide. Luxury resorts, high-volume operations and high-cost markets often pay above the 90th percentile.
  • Venue benchmarks are May 2025 median wages by industry from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. BLS doesn't publish pay by individual job title, so these cover broader occupations.
  • Bonus ranges are reported annual bonuses and vary widely by employer and performance.
